• Each participant must provide accurate information—especially a valid email address and their full legal name.
• For Indonesian Participant: All information must exactly match your Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia LMS (Plataran Sehat) for accreditation.

Registration Fee Includes

• Full access to all keynote sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and the Radiology Innovation Showcase
• Certificate of attendance
• SKP Certificate from Indonesia Ministry of Health (For Indonesian Participant Only)
• Meals and refreshments throughout the event
• Networking opportunities with international radiology professionals and educators

Registration Steps

1. Navigate to Registration page.
2. Select your participation category.
3. Select your desired add-ons (Hotel/Tour/Membership).
4. Complete your personal details and any other required fields.
5. For Indonesian Participant: including National ID—ensuring name and email match with your Plataran Sehat account.
6. Review your transaction.
7. Proceed to payment.
8. All payment notifications and confirmations will be sent via email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All Admission bookings are final. No cancellations, or refunds.

Accomodation and Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

Accommodation or Tour bookings cannot be cancelled or modified under any circumstances.

Check-in Procedure

Once your registration and payment are complete, you’ll receive your e-ticket via email or on the order confirmation page. Please download and save your e-ticket before arriving at the venue to ensure a smooth check-in, as our team will validate it by scanning the QR code.
